Overview

As a Customer Service and Leads Qualification Associate at Emonovo, you will play a crucial role in the student journey. You will be the first point of contact for students who have shown interest in studying abroad. Your primary responsibility will be to receive and filter leads based on the information submitted through our website forms. Your role is to ensure that only the most qualified and serious leads are passed on to our educational counselors, allowing them to focus on in-depth consultations and successful student placements.

Unfortunately not. It is only full time and you have to come to the office every day. Our office is 5 minutes walking from Behooth metro station.

You will be responsible for the initial contact with students, ensuring they meet our criteria for studying abroad. The majority of your work will involve receiving and filtering leads from our website, making phone calls to assess eligibility, and answering preliminary inquiries. Once leads are qualified, you will pass them on to our educational counselors for further assistance. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you excel in this role.

You will be expected to work full-time, with office hours from 10 AM to 6 PM. Only Friday and Saturday are off days.

You will be part of a collaborative team environment. While you will have individual responsibilities, teamwork and communication are key components of our work culture.

No, Emonovo will provide you with a phone, a SIM card, and a laptop.

You can evaluate your English proficiency level based on the following categories:

  1. Beginner (A1):
    At this level, you can understand and use very basic expressions to satisfy simple, everyday needs. You can introduce yourself, ask and answer questions about personal details like where you live, people you know, and things you have. However, your conversations may be limited to slow, clear speech and basic topics.
  2. Elementary (A2):
    You can understand sentences and commonly used expressions related to topics like shopping, family, and employment. You can communicate in simple and routine tasks, ask for and provide personal information, and handle short social exchanges. However, conversations are still limited to familiar situations.
  3. Pre-Intermediate (B1):
    At this stage, you can understand the main points of clear standard input on topics like work, school, or leisure. You can manage most situations that arise while traveling in English-speaking areas and can write simple texts about familiar subjects. Conversations can include descriptions of experiences, events, dreams, and ambitions.
  4. Intermediate (B2):
    You can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics. You can interact with native speakers with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction possible without strain for either party. You are able to produce detailed text on a range of subjects and explain your viewpoint on a topical issue.
  5. Upper-Intermediate (C1):
    At this level, you can understand a wide range of demanding texts, including implicit meaning. You can express yourself fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. You can use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic, and professional purposes, with clear, well-structured text on complex subjects.
  6. Advanced (C2):
    You can understand virtually everything heard or read with ease. You can summarize information from different spoken and written sources, reconstructing arguments in a coherent presentation. You can express yourself very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in complex situations.
