Career service is here to help students land the perfect job and succeed professionally by offering a variety of resources to our Bobcats. Students are encouraged to make an appointment with a career coach to help prepare for job interviews, build an on-point resume, and gain insight into occupations that align with their passions. Additionally, we offer various career development clinics, creating a space for students to prepare for networking events, as well as the job search and application processes with employers before high-profile events.

The university comprises four campuses throughout Montana, including (in addition to the main campus) MSU-Northern in Havre, MSU-Billings, and Montana State University-Great Falls College of Technology.
