Requirements
Academic Requirements
- Certificate of General Secondary Education: overall average 80% with 75% in specific subject requirements.
- IB Diploma: 24 total points with minimum Standard Level 4 in specific subject requirements. (subject pass 3)
- IB Certificate: 26 points with minimum Standard Level 4 in specific subjects requirements. (subject pass 3)
- A Levels: CCD OR CDD + B (AS Level) unless otherwise specified in the country-specific entry requirements.

Self-catered accommodation is available two miles from UCD’s main campus. Located near the thriving seaside town of Blackrock and with regular buses into Dublin, you can enjoy an independent lifestyle whilst remaining well connected to campus.

If your programme starts before you turn
18, it is mandatory for you to stay in a
homestay. Homestays are a great way
for you to experience Irish culture whilst
living with someone local to the area.
