Career Advising offers a blend of career and personal interest exploration, resume and cover letter assistance, and guidance during the transition to employment. We also coordinate annual career fairs and serve as a liaison between the campus communities and area employers.
Campus life

UNE’s Portland campus is situated just outside of downtown among the residential Deering and Riverton neighborhoods. As a student, you’ll have ample opportunities to explore the city and live like a local.

Your hall is the place where you can kick your shoes off and truly be at home. At UNE, we understand that where you live and with whom you live are important parts of college life. Residential and commuter life are a vibrant part of our on-campus community — living, working, studying, and playing here, you won’t miss a beat.
Five residence halls — Assisi, Avila, Padua, Siena, and Featherman — are reserved for first-year students only. Upperclassmen live in suite-style arrangements in Champlain, Sokokis, East, and West Halls. Frederick Hall may house returning, transfer, or new students.
